Smart Tech for a better Web
This is just a short blog post to let my readers here know that an article I wrote has been published in the “Methods and Tools” Summer 2014 issue.
The article that I wrote for this publication is titled, “Developer Careers Considered Harmful.” As many of you already know, I wrote a book “The Zen Programmer” back in 2013. After it was published, I received an email from a manager at a large company telling me that everything I wrote was completely wrong. He said that I should just do whatever my boss tells me to do (i.e. work overtime if needed, jump when he says “jump!”)
Obviously, I do not agree. In the “Methods and Tools” article I explain why.
