AI consulting for your business

Would you like to use AI in a workflow, choose suitable tools or train your team?

I am Christian Grobmeier. I help you assess the technical options and put them into practice. We look at what suits your task, how to check the results and what your team needs for everyday use.

Your starting point

What would you like to improve?

We start with a task from your everyday work. Where we begin depends on your current situation.

Assess how AI is being used

Your team already uses different AI services. You want to understand what makes sense for your business and how to manage their use.

Test an idea

You have a specific use case. You need someone to assess the technical implementation with you and help you carry it out.

Help your team get started

The tools are in place. Your team needs practice, shared ways of working and a clear approach to checking results.

We also consider whether an existing solution is enough, or whether the task is better handled without AI.

Working together

How we can work together

01

AI assessment

We discuss recurring tasks, existing tools and your expectations. We look at data, responsibilities and potential limits.

  • Assessment of suitable applications and their expected value
  • Priorities based on effort, requirements and risks
  • A recommendation for a small, defined first trial

You receive: a short written assessment with prioritised applications, requirements still to resolve and a recommendation for the next step.

02

Supported AI pilot

We choose a workflow and agree how to judge whether AI helps. Then we set up the tools and test the application with a small team.

  • Selection and setup of suitable tools and access
  • Agreement on data access, checking results and responsibilities
  • Comparison with the current workflow: time, quality and rework

You receive: a tested application, documented workflows and a recommendation: continue, adapt or stop.

03

AI training and follow-up

Your team works with relevant examples from its own day-to-day work. We practise writing clear instructions, checking results and handling confidential information.

  • Content adapted to management, a business department or a software team
  • Practical exercises that go beyond a tool demonstration
  • Materials and an agreed follow-up session for open questions

You receive: exercise materials, guidance on checking results and an agreed follow-up session. Your team practises using the tools on relevant tasks.

You can book each format separately. We agree the scope, effort and deliverables in advance. An initial engagement might review one workflow and prepare a small trial. We agree any further implementation or ongoing support separately.

Possible applications

What we could work on

These examples show possible starting points. Which ones make sense depends on your workflows, data and existing systems.

Drafting and summarising text

One possible test: use an existing AI tool to draft a reply or summarise a longer document. Together, we check whether this helps in everyday work and what expert review is still needed.

Making knowledge accessible

Find information in approved documents and prepare answers with sources that can be checked. Access permissions remain part of the task.

Supporting software teams

Introduce AI tools into development and learn to understand, test and take responsibility for generated code.

Your working environment

Tools, data and operations

A working environment is useful when people can use it and responsibilities are clear. Together, we address:

  • Tools

What fits your tasks and existing systems?

  • Data and access

Which data may be processed, and who can access it?

  • Checking results

Who checks the results and decides how they are used?

  • Operations and costs

What ongoing costs and support will be needed?

We consider privacy and security when selecting and setting up tools. Where needed, we resolve open questions with your IT team and those responsible for data protection.

Experience and responsibility

Understanding technology. Sharing knowledge.

I have been developing and maintaining software since 2001. I have been delivering technical training since 2017 and have taught hundreds of people. I am a Java Champion and a TÜV-certified Data Protection Officer.

I have contributed to the Apache Software Foundation since 2009, including work on Log4j. Today, I also serve as Vice President, Data Privacy. This experience shapes how I work: explaining clearly, considering technical consequences and making responsibilities explicit.

You work directly with me. I combine technical implementation and training to help turn a first trial into an application your team can work with.

The next step

Let’s discuss your project

Write a few lines about the task you have in mind, the tools you already use and who will be working with them. I will reply personally. In an initial conversation, we can discuss whether and how I can help.
