For more than seven years, training was a major part of my work. I have taught hundreds of trainees Java for enterprise systems, from beginners to experienced developers. The useful part was never the slide deck. It was the moment when a concept finally became usable.
The mouse principle is simple: make complex technology understandable without talking down to people.
It is part of how I teach. Difficult topics should become approachable, but serious engineering should not be made smaller than it is. Good training gives people enough structure, practice, and confidence to continue on their own.
I work with teams on practical engineering under real constraints: a training format, a workshop around an existing codebase, an architecture review with teaching parts, or onboarding for an engineering team.
Training works best when the team has a real technical need: adopting a stack, maintaining a system, improving engineering practice, or needing a senior outside view.
I do not sell a broad public course catalog. I work directly and selectively.
